How To Install LED accent lights on Harley Davidson Touring Motorcycle
625 ILCS 5/12-209.5 new
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a motorcycle may be equipped with auxiliary accent lights, including standard bulb running lights and light emitting diode pods and strips. Provides that the auxiliary accent lights shall not be red or white or oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights. Defines “auxiliary accent light”.
I will show you how easy it is to install your own LED accent light kit on your Harley Davidson motorcycle. This kit costs me less than 50 dollars from Amazon. They are waterproof and have plenty of wire to do the entire bike without splicing and adding extensions. This kit flashes to your music, strobes, breathes and changes colors. You can select the color you want using the remote. This install took me about 3 hours even with taking the tank off to run wires for my front wheel. If you have any questions please let me know.
