LED panel lights provide an even source of illumination. 2’x4′ is perfect for drop ceilings found in many office settings. The evenly distributed light mimics a skylight. Here I mount under a shelf to light up a work area. It is great as is only 3/8″ thick and fluorescent tube bulbs would have wasted 6″. This model is high efficiency earning DLC certification and UL approval. The DLC certificate means this unit is eligible for energy rebates in some areas. Using 75 Watts this fixture generates 6250 lumen. Lighting fixtures in suspended ceilings are required to be independently suspended so eLEDLights.com supplies a hanger kit. This mounting hardware uses high quality stainless steel cable and a no-tool locking mechanism for easy attachment. The color temperature is 4000K Neutral White that matches fluorescents and is also available in a cool 5000K Cold White. CRI (color rendering index) is 82 to accurately render the color spectrum.
