why are mine turning on by themselves? wakes me up at night

I have this shitty problem that as a press the color green button the first green button up top it comes out in green and red and its sht. Also blue it come out blue and red does anyone know this issue and how to fix this? And as i turn it off it turns red!?

Mine stays barely glowing blue when off, and they barely glow when on and they only stay strong blue and wont change from that
My thing to connect it is lose and if I do it carefully and it doesn’t fall out it won’t work. I used to just set them down carefully and it worked but not the connection thingy won’t work at all. Sorry this was badly explained but if anyone could help pls reply to this comment (I have stardust leds btw)

I have 4 wire 3528 rgb strip light and i want a connector between two cuta but i couldn’t find one anywhere cause 4 wires some only with 10 mm strip light width but my strip light width is 8 mm. Please help
Idk if this helps but where you connect the strip to the input thing, the input thing has an arrow, THAT ARROW HAS TO BE TOP UP!
what can be the issue if the light strip has a constant color, even when the controller says off?

No mention of the 4 cruddy pins that are going from the power end to the start of the lights….these are extreme flimsy and are forever playing up in most lights that have pins on the wire end and a female with 4 holes in it. Wasted my time watching this video

Can you help me? My LED Lights turn on and off but when I press for example red, the colour blue comes. This is happening to all my colours, nor will it respond to my auto change function. It just won’t respond, please help.
