Although there are surely some slight variables in testing, the numbers confirm what my eyes were telling me…these bulbs put out more light than the less efficient fluorescent tube lights they are replacing. Add in the fact that they will use a lot less electricity, these seem like they would be a good way to go for a lot of people.
